Research & Developmentertise
The R&D team is led by the founder Mr. Ryoichi Yamata, who are rich in theory and experiences in food processing and food engineering, actually his family have served in the food industry for more than 100 years.
Our R&D staff are all experienced food technology veterans, and two of them are graduated from Taiwan National Chung Hsing University and National Pingtung University of Science and Technology with Master degree and Bachelor degree in food science respectively.
We can provide timely prototypes for our customers based on their ideas or based on current market trends, we also can provide collaborative solutions for customer needs whether targeted product attributes, specific regulatory requirements, or new trend-based concepts.
The QA team leader has education for food engineer and job experience over 7 years, trained ISO9000, HACCP, BRC and FSMA by exterior, and all members job experience over 3 years and trained BRC knowledge in home and two of them are FSPCA trained by Chinese Academy of Inspection and Quarantine.
We do various checks and tests including, TPC, Coliform Bacteria, E.coli, Staphylococcus Aureus, Salmonella, Listeria, Molds & Yeast, Melamine, Methamidophos, Phorate, Dichlorvos, Aflatoxin, Moisture, Peroxide Value, Acid Value, Foreign Matters, etc. We also use 3rd party such as CIQ, Intertek, SGS, CTT for independent testing.
We are ISO22000, HACCP, BRC, FSMA, BSCI and FDA approved.
